Was privileged to see a male and female Honey Buzzard this morning at Marsh Lane, Worlingham, thanks to Andrew Easton for finding them late yesterday and my brother Barry for the photos, they eventually flew NW into Norfolk

6 Swift nest boxes & a call system have gone to The Green Dragon pub in Bungay, both late greats Steve Piotrowski & Paddy Shaw blew the froth off a few beers here in their time. They did much for conservation, it was their idea for a swift walk, talk and a pint, both are sadly missed #SuffolkBirding

How nice- not as exciting as a new c-ring combo, but after more than 50 years on and off watching godwits at Stutton Mill something interesting has popped up. If it sticks, will prob feed on Essex shore on the falling tide, back to Suffolk a couple of hours after low tide and into roost.#UKbirding
