Trumpet fanfare and drumroll, please … introducing a sublime new website for the Liverpool Philharmonic 🎶🎺🎻 Wow, right?! She's a stunner. We've loved working with the team at the Phil to craft this super-flexible, user-focused, and @spektrixconnect.bsky.social-integrated beauty

Screengrab of the Liverpool Philharmonic website homepage. A tealy-turquoise green logo sits top left, with navigation neatly placed across the top of the page. On a simialr turquoisey green background with gradiented Art Deco-style arches white text reads “Bringing people together through the power of music”. Below that, a teal green lozenge button reads “What’s On at the Phil”. Under that, an image of a full orchestra on stage – with a small triangular button indicating that the ‘image’ is in fact a video

Introducing a new 3-in-1 Spektrix-integrated website for arts and education charity, Play to the Crowd 🎭🚀 One of the goals of this project was to create one multi-site CMS to house websites for Theatre Royal Winchester, Hat Fair festival, and parent charity, Play to the Crowd.

Screengrabs of 3 different website headers, overlapping each other. Play to the Crowd has a black menu bar above a red header space, featuring a photo of a crowd of happy people, and text reading "Delight and unite". Theatre Royal Winchester has a black menu bar above a burgundy header space, showing a cast of characters on stage and the words "Welcome to the show". Hat Fair has a purple menu bar above an orange header space with an image of two people wielding poi at an outdoor festival, with the words "Take part in the fun".

From notebooks to hand fans, tote bags to candy, this year's Tessitura Learning & Community Conference swag game will no doubt be top-notch. Will you be there? Looking for an arty souvenir to brighten your office wall? Something to remind you of Tessiturian fun for months to come? We got you! 🙌

A bright orange, gradiated background features big, bold pale yellow text that reads "TLCC 2026". Below this is a stylised illustration, in shades of orange and dark grey, of the ceonference venue, the Gaylord, and the big wheel that make up the harbor skyline.

Not long now until – for the first time ever – we’ll be winging our way to Tessitura's North American conference 🧡 If you’ll be at #TLCC2026 in Washington, D.C. too, be sure to visit Supercool's Kate Mroczkowski and James Coleman at Booth 11.

Purple background with white lettering reads: “See you in Washington, D.C. for #TLCC2026”. Bottom left are 2 square graphics, stacked on one another. The top is a cool green lattice, under which is a grid of bright orange dots. Bottom right, the white Supercool logo is topped-off with a chirpy orange heart graphic. Lovely!

We’re in Leeds for #AMAConf! To prove it, here’s Natasha standing in front of Leeds Playhouse, holding up our poster of … Leeds Playhouse! If you’re here at the conference pop over to our table to pick up a poster – but be quick, it’s a limited edition 😎🧡🤗

A woman with long dark wavy hair, wearing a white top and sunglasses on her head is standing in front of the iconic multicolored-triangle facade of Leeds Playhouse. She has one arm in the air, gesturing towards the building. In the other hand she’s holding an A2 poster, featuring a Bauhaus-style illustration of … Leeds Playhouse!

Supercool's 2026 Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 83! 🎉🤩🧡 NPS measures customer satisfaction by asking clients how likely they’d be to recommend us, on a scale of 0 to 10. The resulting combined score ranges from -100 to +100 …

Big, bold, white "83!" on a deep maroon background. The number is surrounded by scattered, differently-sized party popper emojis. Bottom right is the Supercool logo, flanked by a chirpy, bright orange heart graphic.

Arts Marketers – hands up if you want to better understand #DigitalSecurity ✋ Cultural organisations are increasingly reliant on digital tech. It’s great to be able to quickly and easily promote events and exhibitions, sell tickets, ask for donations, share stories, and collect data online.

22 years later 🎉 … From three people in a leaky garage in Birmingham, Supercool has grown into a Climate Action Workforce of 18 excellent humans. We’re now dotted all over the UK, but are still crafting excellent websites for some of the UK’s leading arts, cultural, and heritage organisations.

In a bright office with white walls and skylights covered in newspaper, three people in ascending height order (Katie, Kris, and James) stand with their backs to the camera. They're looking up at a tall, wide wall. On that wall is huge map of the world.

Launching a new website is always exciting. Try adding a big season on-sale, and celebrating a major milestone anniversary. Exhilarating! (If also a tad scary – but read the article to find out why that 'on-sale fear' isn’t always a bad thing.)
