A warmup piece of an event from my birthday a week and a bit ago <3 a friend of mine used MY HAND to gently push a whole slice of cake into their own mouth

An illustration of a tall grey kobold holding a short blue snow leopard by their hand, pressing a slice of mud cake the snow leopard is holding into the kobolds mouth; the kobold's expression is gleeful, while the snow leopard is surprised.

Feels like any day now, librarians are finally going to snap and suddenly unveil their hidden superpowers passed down from generations of time-honoured custodians of knowledge.

I forgot to post the last prop I made for #Aurawra2026 <3 it was an evolving prop dedicated to our mascot of chaos, Rü~ This was Day 0-1 (Thursday night/Friday), where it was just a regular old stump ;3c

A handmade tree stump prop, in front of a crate that has a sign that reads "leave kind message, good thing happen? -Rü", all placed upon astroturf; there is a large blue water jug to the left.

Day one: Just a plain old stump is seen in front of the crate

First prop that I'd completed for #Aurawra2026 was the Jaune Deer tractor <3 which sold at auction for charity (with some art pieces to go along with it)! It's big, silly, and packs down FLAT!

Plywood tractor painted to look like a John Deere tractor, it's been renamed to the Jaune Deer.

Let's get into the physical items I made for #Aurawra2026 now <3 starting with the handmade gifts for the Guests of Honour! I threw small pots in terracotta, draw each GoH's sona and wrote their names in underglaze pencil, and used a glaze combination the replicated polycrystalline solar panels!

Image of three handmade pots and saucers.

Now with #Aurawra2026 over, I can share all the fun stuff I got to work on! In terms of the "admin art" I completed, as with every year, I created the Logo subheading (and theming our main logo too!)

Text logo, top half reads Aurawra, themed to look like polycrystalline solar panels; the bottom half reads Solar Succession written on a Printed Circuit Board (PCB), with the letter O replaced with sunflowers, the crossbar of the letter A replaced with a leaf, and the tittle of the letter i replaced with a sunflower seed.

Hoooooh lordy :'3 I have been away having a time, not a terrible time, I've just really busy at work and in personal life and it has been a little too much to handle at times! I know I took a social media break... But maybe I need a little work break?

Sketch of a snow leopard fursona; they are light blue, with a white chin and royal blue accents, they also have messy purple hair. The expression and overall feeling of the sketch is haggard.

I do not like this gen AI I do not like what it implies I do not want it in my art I do not think it makes you smart I do not want it in my games I do not like its goals and aims I do not want it in my books I do not like the way it looks I do not like it, I don't care I do not want it anywhere

I've been enjoying Pokopia so much ( ˘⌣˘)♡ one of my first joys post-game has been to rebuild/renovate the SS Anne~ Hiding little wireless power blocks in the walls has really made this so much easier~ if you hate the look of powerlines, make a little Porygon friend!

My completed ceramic Pokémon tea wares, which was a long time in the works :3 a Moomoo Milk jug, a blue Apricorn sugar bowl, and the Unearthly Spoon from Pokémopolis!

Handmade ceramic pieces,on the left is a white milk jug with a blue band and a red logo showing a cow Pokemon, Miltalk; to the left is a light blue sugar bowl that looks like an acorn, with a brown cap, there is a yellow and brown spoon in the bowl.Handmade ceramic pieces,on the left is a white milk jug with a blue band and a red logo showing a cow Pokemon, Miltalk; to the left is a light blue sugar bowl that looks like an acorn, with a brown cap, there is a yellow and brown spoon in the bowl.

The sugar bowl is opened with the yellow and brown spoon now pictured in front.

I finished up an ink painting and a quick photoshoot for work <3 I'm glad to have gotten to make a pretty piece as an ANZAC day memorial piece

Ink painting of rosemary using Pilot iroshizuku inks, hotaru-bi, shin-ryoku, and yama-guri; a cup of green/dirty water, a small glass of clean water, three bottles, and an ink palette are shown in the background, the foreground shows a rosemary painting and a pair of glasses.

Final ceramics pick up of the term~ but I forgot the instructor wasn't back yet :'3 so, front desk let me in and I unloaded the kilns for her as a surprise! This was an important project, getting new bowls made for the kitties~ V1 (top) was made over 2 years ago when I first started ceramics!

Handmade ceramic cat bowls shown in pairs; top and bottom left bowls are glazed with a blue rim and the name Varian, the next two are glazed with a light green rim and the name Deku, the third set is glazed with a red rim and the name Kara, and the top and bottom right bowls are glazed with a pink rim and the name Rina. Two handmade ceramic cat bowls, the one pictured on the left is shorter and shallower, while the one on the right is newer and much more tidy looking.

Both have a blue rim and the name Varian written on them.

I've spent the past few days super ill, mostly running a fever or just completely dead-to-the-world asleep :'3 Sol has had to wake me up to check on me and make sure that I've had enough food and water to function. I'm mostly back to functioning like a regular person now!
