I really like this neighborhood.

There's a lot of listicles about the Simpsons & financial change in the US - they all talk about an undereducated, blue collar poor man owns a 4 bedroom home and two cars. I've never seen them mention that their kids go to a public elementary school that has the funding for a music department.

So I don't know how to break down data (art major) but from what I understand from actual scientists, doctors and research journalists, the case for artifical dyes being bad is a solid meh. And on the surface, banning artificial food products sounds great. EXCEPT

I'm on my third Nathan Fowkes class via schoolism and I have been thinking of the set as the Light and Dark Triad.

Alice In Wonderland is a very vintage text with a lot of things that don't make sense outside of the fact that it was written to be silly. However. The gag of someone reciting a scholastic lecture when everyone is soaking wet because 'it's the dryest thing I know' stands the test of time.

One day I'm going to make a video going over the basic rules of print for art & animation ppl who wonder why their books don't look right & also didn't know about drawing to the bleed or ink percentages or how the needs of composition on a page are different from the needs of a storyboard panel.

Thinking about credits and people doing multiple jobs in comics brought to mind Sonic Super Special #15 and Many Hands. When one person mismanaged a pipeline so bad that they had to make made most of a comic in one overnight crunch. Much of the comic took place in a) the dark and b) a snowstorm.
