This week marks the 15th anniversary of one of my all-time favorite ambient/drone albums: @swartzet.bsky.social’s “Nighttide.” From my review: “Built around an array of Swartz’s soft, blurry drones, Nighttide lulls the listener from start to finish, and it’s uniformly lovely and affecting.”

This tree reminded me this morning that the world is inherently beautiful and we get to be part of it. It’s only gets ulgy when we make it that way.
