When social media was new, it was lauded as a way to get the truth out across the globe in seconds. Now it’s just become a way to spread misinformation Any real footage is quickly jumped on & labelled as fake by massive bot farms in very planned, coordinated efforts. It all changed so fast

What would your response be if someone you knew was distressed & wanted to talk to you about their suicidal thoughts? Would your response be different if it was a stranger or someone you didn’t like?
People seem to be stigmatized for using weight loss meds, like Wegovny & Ozempic. But, putting aside whatever thoughts you may have about long term effects of the drugs, doesn’t how someone loses weight matter less than whether they are happy and healthy afterward? Stop judging
