Hi all!

All of our products are currently out of stock, and we're awaiting Janoshik tests on a number of things before we sell them, so we're going to be taking a 7-10 day break to brew, internally reorganize, and fix up some of our shortcomings.

Hera HRT recently restocked all of their vials, so we feel safe with people purchasing from them while we take a short break to get our stuff together.

All existing orders will be sent out, and we will still be responding to support emails, likely at a slower speed than usual. Orders without a tracking number will have a tracking number made for them, and the tracking information will be emailed to you.

While we are on this break, we recommend that you use https://valerie.vg/ to find other currently open homebrewers in your region. All the labs on there are vetted well and we trust them to give you safe and well made vials.

We will reopen with all products in stock at some time between the 15th and 18th of July.

Our server is back up and we have changed to a new server host to avoid future downtime. The server host we previously used turned out to be a very poor choice that lead to significant downtime for us, in the future we hope that we can maintain something closer to four 9's.

Quick correction, they're offering refunds _and_ a reshipment from elsewhere, it's not an "or".

Symphony Labs have been having some issues with their UK shipping and are currently contacting customers offering refunds or a new shipment from elsewhere. If you still haven't heard anything in a few days then send them an email with your order number.
