My accomplishment cake this year has been surviving postpartum with severe PP anxiety and depression. Zoloft helped. Also, exclusively pumping for 7 month. It was hard but totally worth it. I wanted to continue but I had to put my mental health first because it is soo draining!
Pregnancy is crazy. I had to be put on metoprolol because my heart rate was resting at 100+. Look at how quickly my resting heart rate went down after giving birth (April)
We are redoing our bathroom and Gemma is terrified of the new tub for some reason lol
