The idea of 6 UFCC champion changes in a row gave me an idea, what is the record? It turns out the record is incredible - 14 changes in a row! It happened in 1905 and in all of these matches home team managed to win. For comparison, the best result of 21th century is 5.

@yesthatsablusky.bsky.social · 5mo agoI guess "which pairs of different countries met the most" is also an interesting question but now that I think about it the answer to that will be either Serbia/Croatia, or Croatia/Bosnia, which is kinda boring (especially as the latter will be heavily pulled up by a single club, Troglav Livno)
Worth to mention that Mallorca have a history with Valencia in UFCC.

Since I enjoy making these, I will try to post at least one UFCC stat a week and more during longer breaks between games. I have finally completed cities information for all clubs, so we have new genre of stats unlocked.
I have very interesting #UFCC stat, that will become even more interesting if AEK wins the title next week.
Today is the big day #2! World Cup Qualifier Final: 🇸🇪 Sweden vs Poland 🇵🇱 Poland is by far the most populated European country without their club in UFCC history. Poland's population is bigger than all of the other such countries' combined.

The team with the most appearances in UFCC without winning a title is: OFK Beograd - 11 matches (5 draws, 6 losses) What's interesting, their 1st game was in 1965, and last - 1985. 20 years of unsuccessful UFCC title pursuit. The other clubs on top: Darwen - 10 Bursaspor - 8 Stockport County - 7
One that immediatley came to mind is ”the team with most appearances without a title”
Barcelona's high position is not surprising. There are 3 different teams with high number of UFCC wins located in this city: FC Barcelona, FC Barcelona B and Espanyol. Madrid has 2 such teams: Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid. Berlin's model is different. 14 teams played in Berlin as home team.

And what is the best city outside of England?
As none of the answers yesterday were correct, I'll keep you in suspense and let you guess for one more day. In the meantime I will answer the other question. The best city in terms of UFCC games played there is of course London with ~458 matches. That is 2.5 times more than the second place!
