It’s only taken 5 months. But I got my first fleeting Betty touch today 🥰 She tapped my hand with her paw when I held out a bit of ham so I put it down for her. Then next she ate two bits of ham from my hand. This is from a cat who months ago would flee if I entered the room. I’m so happy 🐈⬛❤️
Me, 2 weeks ago: Requests a blue emergency inhaler as I was wheezing which is normally a sign an asthma attack is coming on. My GP today: We can’t to issue one until you’ve had this years asthma review. We can’t fit you in for another 6 weeks. Good thing I wasn’t requesting emergency medication 🙄
Well, that’s my good friend safely back home in the states. I’m feeling a little sad he’s gone, but also glad we were able to have so much fun this trip, for the third year in a row. Miss you already mate, until next year ❤️ @pmc871.bsky.social

Just finished Tip Toe. It was good. But the end didn’t hit me as hard as Cucumber. Maybe because I knew what was coming. But also because the build up was just one crazy thing/decision after another that just wouldn’t happen in real life. But an interesting/somewhat difficult watch, none the less.
God Royal Mail are useless. Sat at home as I have an expensive item so say being delivered today, that needs a signature. Tracking still says pending and no one on the phone after queuing for an hour has a clue if it’s coming or not. Given the postie has just walked by, I’d say not 😡
I had another good play session with Betty today. Several times she caught the wand and then wouldn’t lift her paw off it even when I was tugging it 😆 She really seems to enjoy it and I’m taking it as a good bonding exercise 😊🐈⬛❤️
Thinking about how little sleep I’m going to get these next 6 weeks due to The World Cup matches being played in the early am here in the UK, (silly American time zones) and my only real solution is to move in with @pmc871.bsky.social for the duration of the tournament. Problem solved 🤣⚽️⚽️⚽️
