I keep reading about new CEOs of game companies and how they're not even company/financial-savvy in the basic sense. Imagine telling any other product consumer they're just "licensing". Digital service CEOs really can't see beyond one quarter, no wonder they're all being bought out/switched.

Sony will lose. When I "rent" a movie, it says rental and gives me a deadline. When I "buy" a movie, it says owned in my library. The TOS is unreasonable if the very language used for purchase contradicts it. You buy and own games, you do not rent them unless explicitly said.
