does anyone know if this citation style has a name and if so what it is? this has been troubling me for literal years (the style being, author name on its own line, then publication year on the next line followed by a tab, then the title and publisher)

the novella i wrote subsequently stars Heron, who's nonbinary and uses ey/em pronouns. ey likes nature, quiet, and books, and can be cynical and grumpy, but that's mostly when ey's lacking the space and support ey needs. for em, i wrote my dream of getting to live as just a person, (3/4)
