Well this is as far as I got for the month of orktober. Lots of life stuff got in the way.... I started trying to make additional armour panels and actually measuring them for the first time on an ork build....and that took ages.... and then didn't like them! End of the year is now the new target
Priming sanding and base coating. Needs more red layers to move it from it's pink tones, but it's just so big moving it around to airbrush different parts means I end up getting finger prints on it...I'll rattle can varnish then go for some more layers of red

Bunch more terrain for mesbg or burrows and badgers completed over the last week. 15 trees and their bases, and a bunch of ruins with a load of dry brushes and washes. Trying to just get them done quick but I've still got half a cardboard box of stuff to get through! Flock can be added later

Bought 10 squig bounders without faces for cheap on vinted and have been asking my friends to sculpt me a face each. Few more to go but.... This has been one of the coolest projects ever. Encouraging people to try something new and I get a really special piece to add to my army. <3
Had my first game of #AoS 4E. Finally consistent ways of interacting during your opponents turn! Are GW learning? 2v2 game, 1k per player. The number of troops was hilarious with my squigs and all the rats and skellies on the other side!
