"Tailia & Phoebe: Maximum Synergy" will be the last book I'll publish this year and for the first few months of 2027. From now to the end of the year, I'm only going to work on the rewrites for the Tailia Saga. I'll start writing my next book (the "special" T&P book) early 2027.

Still writing Tailia & Phoebe Maximum Synergy daily, progress is going great (although the cover has stalled since April). I'm definitely aiming for a Summer release but I don't want to say any date publicly to avoid another Shenanigans situation (that book is still in limbo).

Just spent 3 hours of my life designing and making a cover art from scratch (which replaces a previous attempt that I had made that also took a long time to make) and I'm VERY happy with the result. Can't share it for a while, though! PS: It is NOT for a Tailia & Phoebe book.

One really challenging but great thing about writing T&P: Maximum Synergy is that Rogue is one of the leads, and because she's a mute character, her scenes heavily rely on extensive, descriptive, and tense writing. It provides a fun challenge, notably when those scenes last 10-20+ pages. #Books

Here is the new cover for the rewritten edition of "The Original Tailia #2: A Need for Peace". It uses a scrapped variant of the Book #4 cover and it fits the tone of the book better than the old cover. I'm about halfway done with the rewrite, and it should release next month. #Books #YABooks

I can't tell you how frustrating it is as a writer to be conceptualizing a story themed around some IRL thing you want to make commentary off, and the more time you spend conceptualizing that thing, the more the actual IRL crap becomes somehow absolutely batshit deranged. Wow.
