This is the biggest reason I now refuse to buy coated/enamelled kitchen stuff. Inevitably, the coating fails, and best case you get bits of it in your food, worst case it's a breeding ground for bacteria, and you end up hospitalized with ebola UNCOATED, single-part, single-material is the way to go

I miss when wondering without answers felt okay. On old maps you used to see "here there be dragons." Now we have better maps... But we killed all the dragons. I love tech and the friends it's given me. But knowing that, even in a game, some "optimal route" is a google away feels... Stressful.

It's hard to overstate my hatred of monk fruit and stevia being framed as natural, healthy alternatives to aspartame and sucralose et al. One, they don't have NEAR the body of evidence supporting their safety that aspartame does. And two, natural does not equal healthy. Ricin is hatural ffs.
Today's breakfast: "PB&J" overnight oats. Oats, Chia, Flax, Unsweetened Oat Milk, Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Powder, Blueberries, and whatever sweetener you like, I use suralose and aspartame. 460kcal, 24g protein, 40% daily recommended fiber intake, and delicious as fuck. Also SO easy to make.
So my dog got skunked yesterday. Fuckin, nightmare. Its been one day, got like $100 in cleaning products and snunk shampoos and oxidizers and it still feels like I can't be rid of the smell. At least he wasnt fully sprayed, it was indirect contact, so nowhere near as bad as it could have been.
Ever since I had Yemeni Mofawar at a coffee shop in OKC I've been adding a bit of cardamom to my lattes and its fucking phenomenal. 10/10 would reccomend.

Somehow over the years my drive to create dwindled to nothing. I don't even know what happened. I used to draw. I use to make music. Hell I use to play 4 instruments and sing and had scholarships for musical achievement.... but it's all "used to" and I truly have no idea how to get it back.
