I am actually cooking tonight, not throwing together something part-processed! Finally have cooler weather + just enough mojo to muster something. Chicken in a creamy pancetta & mushroom sauce with steamed green veg & little potatoes. Not fancy but hopefully wholesome.
It was time to break out a *new and different* smoked salt tonight, having used up all the Cornish one! This one is from Achill Island (bought at St George's Market in Belfast)

Visited the Heineken brewery to view the historic parts and admire the stained glass windows and gleaming mash tuns. Luckily the bar at the end had one beer that wasn't the standard - a witpils which is actually ok
