Maybe it's because progressives have policies that most Americans believe are right. Like: public healthcare, a much lower "defense" budget, stopping all financial support for Israel, strong mitigation of climate change. Not hard to figure out, really.

Boulder is seeking to hold the two major oil companies accountable for concealing the dangers of their fossil fuel products and to make them pay for the resulting local harms. This case will set SCOTUS precedence. Of course, they will wait until AFTER the midterms for their decision.
