Sometimes I see a post right at the perfect time and feel so grateful. I learned about myself later in life, haven’t started HRT yet, and now I’m 46. If I can shine with a quarter of the happiness, presence, and beauty of these women, I’ll feel like I’ve made it.

I’m trying to quit smoking and it’s going pretty well, still failing in some areas but I think it’s improving. If you all have any advice or tips that would great. TIA 🫶💕
