One of the resources we built at @market.dev is a data pipeline from the most popular and emerging open source ecosystems This pipeline is actively categorizing and sorting through millions of open source projects & their builders across 315+ developer communities.

Idea: What if marketing for open source projects was as integrated into the development process as CI/CD A Github action triggered on every release, with some well crafted marketing materials - a blog post, maybe a thread, for you to approve / edit before posting.

I'm fortunate in that I can comfortably volunteer my time to work on OSS right now. But for many OSS devs, volunteerism is not sustainable. That's why earlier this year I backed GitWallet.co. It's a platform that helps OSS devs provide paid services & products derived from their work. Check it out.
