We are so back! Tavern Tales Junior is caught up with only a few episodes left in this epic third season. On Staging is out with a new episode with the director of the musical 9 - happening here in Calgary And I’m now getting back to Vampire the Requiem eps for Tavern Tales. All while moving? What?

I'm finding Roommates on Netflix a REALLY hard watch. I'm not sure what the film wants of me as a viewer, because I keep finding Devon an unreliable viewpoint.

Not caught up yet, but I’m pleased to share another three episodes of Tavern Tales: Vampire the Requiem tonight. We now have 33 episodes of a fabulous story about five strangers that are joined together in trauma :) like all good horror stories.

I have now finished reading aloud the fifth Dungeon Crawler Carl book to my 14 year old. I’m told that my Donut voice is the best Donut voice. (And my Katia, Prepotente, Bautista, Samantha, et al) it’s a sampling size of one, but it’s the one that matters.

I just finished Ultraviolet by @rjandersonwrites.com and it is a beautiful symphony of prose. Thank you so much for this lovely novel. I can’t wait to start Quicksilver.

New York City residents are celebrating the reopening of public pools — including Mayor Zohran Mamdani, who jumped into the water while wearing a suit at an East Harlem pool on Saturday. Outdoor public pools will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day through Sept. 13.

My Actual Play - Tavern Tales: Vampire the Requiem is really good. It's been coming out weekly since January 21st and will likely carry through all of 2026. You should check it out.
