Different regulatory risks can pool in the same place. As @spotlightcorruption.org points out, a UK subsidiary battling a £1 bn+ 'diverted profits' tax bill for £mm Swiss payments (no suggestion unlawful) also pled guilty to paying £m bribes. Both raise questions for the company's auditors.
