A Tapper asked: does behaviour get easier for ECTs over time? 🤔 The gap between ECTs & experienced teachers starts wide, but shrinks to just 4 percentage points by April. The longer you teach, the better it gets. Teachers with 20+ years see just 31% of lessons disrupted. Hang in there, ECTs 💪
