Bird drawings occasionally broken up by obscure videogame fanart
28 - Ruins Common and black redstarts are both cavity nesters and both species look gorgeous in sunlight, so here's a drawing of their epic beef for some nice rubble #commonredstart #blackredstart #ruins #originalart #artsky #artistonbluesky #backgroundchallenge
I don't usually post photos, but these three ravens I've seen are just too cool to not share
27 - Garden This is how you do this fancy new cutout thing, right- #wisteria #japanesewhiteeye #garden #originalart #artsky #artistonbluesky #backgroundchallenge
26 - Mountains Turns out MMZX turned 20 back in July and I'm like two months late, but I still wanted to cook, so here's a funny attempt at Area B/mountain pass #megamanzx #modelx #mountains #artsky #artistonbluesky #backgroundchallenge
25 - City That was certainly an act of free will #carrioncrow #birds #birdart #cityscape #artsky #artistonbluesky #backgroundchallenge
24 - Cave I think I'm slowly starting to understand how rocks work lol #cave #barnswallow #birds #birdart #artsky #artistonbluesky #backgroundchallenge
23 - Valley Turns out the painterly blender from CSP is surpisingly good for making clouds #valley #blackkite #birds #backgroundchallenge #artsky
21 - Seafloor Tried to draw that one really sweet marine area from MMZX. Probably should've picked a different angle, but at least I like how the lighting turned out 🐟 #seafloor #megamanzx #modellx #artsky #backgroundchallenge
20 - Kelp Forest Wait, that's an unusual birb #kelpforest #eagleray #marineart #backgroundchallenge #artsky
19 - Coast Drawing all these feathers was a pain, but sanderlings are such sweet little beans I'm not even mad #coast #sanderling #birds #backgroundchallenge #artsky
18 - Mangrove Ruddy kingfishers are pretty neat firebirbs, especially in dappled light :> #mangrove #ruddykingfisher #birds #backgroundchallenge #artsky
17 - Swamp Me on my way to learn how dappled lights actually work: #swamp #swampland #wetland #greyheron #birds #backgroundchallenge #artsky
15 - Alpine Meadow Darn, atmospheric perspective got hands #birds #blackheadedjay #lanceolatedjay #alpinemeadow #backgroundchallenge #artsky
14 - Rainforest I love this mossy brush :> #birds #flamefacedtanager #rainforest #artsky #backgroundchallenge
13 - Сaatinga Not entirely sure if lighting here should work like this, but I think it still looks kind of nice 😎 #birds #sayacatanager #caatinga #artsky #backgroundchallenge
12 - Jungle This bird and this art in general felt like the ultimate self-restraint exercise #birds #sunbittern #jungle #backgroundchallenge #artsky
11 - Evergreen Subtropical Forest I think I'm slowly starting to learn what contrast is #birds #redkite #milvusmilvus #backgroundchallenge
10 - Salt Flat My friend said flooded salt flats look like oceans in cyberspace, I really like this idea #saltflat #birds #backgroundchallenge
09 - Desert Tried to draw that one sweet intro level from MMZ 2 and it kind of went sideways, but at least the birdman looks alright #sageharpuia #megamanzero #backgroundchallenge
08 - Savanna This is kind of annoying to look at, but at least I finished it #capestarling #savanna #birds #backgroundchallenge
07 - Prairie I tried using clouds to create a more interesting composition #sandhillcrane #prairie #birds #backgroundchallenge
05 - Mixed Forest I'm no good at drawing forests, but at least it's slightly better than my last attempt #eurasianjay #garrulusglandarius #birds #backgroundchallenge
That feeling when you try to add some more contrast to your art and now it looks like a different person made it #megamanzx
04 - Deciduous Forest Goofy ahh greens #azurewingedmagpie #cyanopicacyanus #birds #backgroundchallenge
