so, gamefreak, the developers of every main pokemon game have made... sekiro? trapped in the pokemon mines for decades and they want to be fromsoft, understandable.

memoirs is still pretty fun, final boss is still pretty bullshit. didn't know he's like resistant to magic damage, my best damaging spell did like 0 damage and he's basically unpunchable. took a billion years and 2 dozen potions to win, sucks this guy cant use guns for this 1 fight

We do a little battling. Kinda crazy what samurott can counter and the slicing move buff let's it hit hard even with sacred sword. Zard Y is just good, and I run a non-weather reliant set on him. The 3 supports I have are nuts at what they do. Frog got good coverage and double sun speed/sneaky sleep

I find it insane that someone releases a hidden object game every few days on steam called like 100 cats in space or whatever location, but also there's a fucking competitor that's doing the same thing, but 101 cats. and both are copying a guy who stopped, the "I commissioned some" series.

Yeah, competitive pokemon is kinda fun actually. Turns out it's a big mind game about trying to predict what your opponent is gonna do and screwing them over. What I'm saying is: pokemon champions is chess if it were good lol. Chess needed funky little guys, chess needed Pikachu 2 (mega raichu Y)

oh yeah, despite the overall state of nextfest being dire, I think I wishlisted or kept on my wishlist the dozen or so game demos I streamed yesterday. there's still a lot of cool games getting made, it's just under an increasingly large pile of garbage that requires more effort/cash to escape
