@lunalauren.bsky.social's art looks awesome so far! And the next pages are only going to get weirder and creepier. I can't wait!
Recently finished penciling the first scene in the comic @tedvg.bsky.social and I are creating. I’m pumped.
I recently read The Cipher by Kathe Koja for the first time. I quickly became obsessed and was inspired to do some fan art.
The super talented Tiger Wizard from @epiclevels.bsky.social made a rad battle helmet for the Sewer Rats - all hot glue, rats and nat ones! #tigerwizard #sewerratsrpg #rpg #ttrpg
Fulci post #7: The Psychic I had the idea to write a giallo-inspired comic using the rhythm of its panels in place of the privileged role the score often plays in the genre. This drawing attempts to capture the fluidity and cinematic pacing of Frizzi's unique soundtrack.
A Lizard in a Woman's Skin is compelling because of thedisparity between its fantastical heights of beauty, and its transgressive depths of brutality. Its impact has a lot to do with Fulci's composition of these 2 scenes: the ethereal psychedelic murder, and its sober aftermath.
It's fair to say that Conquest stands apart from much of Fulci's catalog, but the movie's inability to find a comfortable place in the euro exploitation canon is what helps define it as quintessentially Fulci to me, and I know I'm not the only one who returns to it again and again.
Working on a series of Fulci-inspired drawings. Next up: Conquest!
Just arrived from Chiroptera Press! This will be my first time reading Crampton, Thomas Ligotti's un-filmed X-files script.
