Got a lil loosey-goosey with a hair oil treatment which then spread through the bath water and stuck to my body and WILL NOT rinse off no matter how much I've tried and now I feel like a mf eel.
Omg, I just sat down with Pickles and a bag of mini treats to teach her a few commands. Guess who already knew sit, lie down, shake and roll perfectly. 🥹🖤
What people using AI crave at root is an end to the uncertainty of human interaction and connection and its replacement with endless hollow affirmation and instant gratification. They should be pitied but never enabled or excused.
Very fun purchase of today. Curious about the poster ✨

They need to stop inventing new flavours of coke zero, the supreme flavour already exists and it's aspartame and ambiguous flavourings
Can't fit my thoughts within the confines of Bluesky's character limit, but I posted my review on Letterboxd. I find it hard to give this type of movie less than ★★★, but three was definitely the limit.
A ★★★ review of Disclosure Day (2026)
The movie switches from attempted spy thriller at first, to what I'd almost call a fairytale in the last act. I didn't mind watching it and it's definitely not terribly made, but Spielberg seems stuck...

📽️ Catching up on some releases from this year. Today I'm watching Spielberg's DISCLOSURE DAY. I've heard it's a bit underwhelming, especially for a Spielberg movie on aliens (ET is of course a classic but I like CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND more.) I'll have to see how I feel about it after.

Really need this motivation at work today. But my girl needs her private pool funded of course 💅
The shelter didn't realise just how bad Pickles' food sensitivities are, it's not just gluten she can't have. She's now on a two-ingredient hypoallergenic diet of chestnut and quail. Me at work earning money for her:
Favourite dress 🖤 (I need more occasions where I can wear something like this)

Thinking of changing my work profile pic to a cute photo of Pickles, so when anyone decides to be rude to me, they have to mentally decide they want to say it in front of Pickles.
I promise I'll get back to being a cool account that posts about movies, books and games soon. Trying hard to regain control of my brain after Pickles took it over with her dangerously cute bleps.
This is my friend's cat. She named him Mark. I had to say 'Mark keeps sniffing my toes' during the visit. Absolutely cursed name for a cat.
Pickles on her first big walk since she came home with me today. I think she's happy 🖤
Hadn't posted these here yet - some of my favourite photos I took in Carvoeiro, Portugal
Pickles (the corgi - that is her name and she's 5 already so I don't want to change it) is coming home tomorrow! All my thoughts have now been hi-jacked and I can't focus on anything else.
I met her! She kept coming to sit on my feet to cuddle and during the walk she sometimes turned around just to smile at me and to get a head pat. I love her. Trying to bring her home in a few days 🥹🖤
Ahhh they called and said they loved my application. I get to meet her on Wednesday ahhhhhh
Channing Tatum will be reprising his role as Captain Olimar in Avengers: Doomsday. Tickets on sale now.

It's sooner than I planned, but I saw a notice about an adorable and well-behaved dog that was surrendered to a shelter just because scans show she has a hip deformity and might need more care in the future. Sending in an email application - wish me luck! If you saw her picture you'd understand 🥺
📽️ I watched Ian Tuason's UNDERTONE. Opinions seem divided, but I don't think a movie has to be original in every aspect or have stunning cinematography to be a decent horror movie. UNDERTONE absolutely scared me watching this in the dark with headphones on, so it did what it needed to do.
A ★★★ review of undertone (2025)
I agree it's not the tightest or most original script and it doesn't have the best pacing, but it genuinely scared and unnerved me with its buildup, sound design and format. For that it gets this scor...
