I didn’t do anything new this year (busily working on many things) but I feel that I must repost one of my old pieces for this the glorious 25th of May.
Tarot cards will continue until morale improves! My morale, specifically. Anyway here’s The Tower, which is one of the ones I had a super clear vision for right away.
This guy! I both felt very strongly that Eraqus was the only choice for this card and didn’t really care very much about drawing a portrait of Eraqus. I think I did okay though, and it was good to practice a different face, lest I get too same face in my usual ways.

I’m back with another one! Little Sora and Riku with the meteor shower, a classic.
Okay now that I’ve posted 5 of these, let’s go back to the beginning. I spent soooo long waffling over the light and the floor. Also I needed to draw at least one (1) Sora since he’s in about a quarter of these and I hadn’t drawn him at all yet.

Okay, next up! Namine for The Empress. This is one of the cards I was least sure about, since I don’t really feel any of the ladies in KH are a great fit. In the end, it was between Namine and Aqua, and I didn’t love assigning Aqua to the divine motherhood type role, so weird creation it is.
