Starting to realize that most people don’t actually unpack their beliefs after they decide that they don’t believe in it anymore, prime example religion. Like even Atheists can still culturally be Christian.
I really do need to get back into reading but I haven’t found anything interesting enough in a long time.
Reminder that a boundary isn’t “you can’t do this”. A boundary is “if you do this, I will remove myself or cease communication with you” You cannot control another person, you can only control the access someone has to you. Hard pill I know, but 🤷♀️
It doesn’t matter how long a shift is, I swear most of my brain shuts off as soon as I get to work. I literally only think about work thing’s majority of the time that I’m here & I hate it.
