Last Friday, TCSD and Labor Solidarity Action Network turned up to Elevate Commercial's listed corporate headquarters and demanded that its owner, Demetre Booker, Jr., come to the bargaining table and end 40% rent hikes and displacement of our fellow tenants in Idaho. We stand with Riviera Estates!

TCSD will be giving a tenant rights presentation on Saturday, March 7th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Weingart/City Heights Public Library (3795 Fairmount Ave, San Diego, CA 92105; the community room is on the second floor). All San Diegan tenants welcome! Learn why we must get organized!!

Join TCSD for our first ever annual convention at 1:45 pm on 1/10/2026 in the City Heights/Weingart Public Library to discuss our organizational goals, vote on our committee coordinators for the year, and discuss potential changes to our general meeting times. We'll have free food and T-shirts!
