I think one of the hardest things I learned about myself, is that I am a people pleaser purely because of my adhd. RSD makes it hard to be yourself, and it has a huge effect on how you form your personality from what I learned this morning.

I tried to draw revenge artfight pieces, but for some god forsaken reason my work area decided to double the amount of packages I had to deliver this week from 70-80 to 100-110!!! I wouldn’t get home until 8-9pm and I fell asleep at 11pm to 1am the next day.

Alternatively, I took time to help an elderly lady bring her groceries up to her porch before it started pouring because I didn’t want her to get soaked or fall. I didn’t have to, but I wanted to, and that’s who I truly am. Someone who likes to be kind and helpful.

Sometimes I open TikTok and see tragic car accidents that involve kids, and it makes me cry and want to go hug my children and tell them how much I love them.
