Fancy Farm is such a niche Kentucky politics event that I can't stop thinking about how many people saw this Andy Beshear tweet without any of that context in their noggins.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has appointed Patti Minter, a WKU history professor and former state lawmaker from Bowling Green, to the state Board of Education.
I will say that Moreno uses much harsher language on Beshear than he uses to describe his GOP colleague in the House who is alleged to have beaten and abused his own daughter and granddaughter.
