Man oh man, I sure would love it if I, an Arabic translator for Java Edition for a good long while, a semi-avid user of the bug tracker and overall Minecraft veteran for 13+ years, got this super rare cape! (Jokes aside, much love to the MCDII team, y’all did a fantastic job 🩵)

It was intended as a sort of "friends and family" cape, so it'll be rare, though probably not limited to any specific campaign or time period.

I don't quite follow what you are talking about, but the point about impermanence is that Minecraft is a journey and not a destination. I love that you are talking about a "forever world", but a forever shouldn't mean it's static and never changes.
