If you’re going to meet a voice actor at a con, it’s always important to: 1: Ask what is okay as far as interaction goes 2: Ask permission before hand shakes/hugs, etc. 3. Keep conversation casual 4. Always mind your please and thank you.

It may be a hard pill to swallow, but PLEASE, do NOT harass indie companies/groups if you didn’t get a role. They’re people like you and me, and they don’t need to be harmed. Being genuinely understanding and polite will get you far in the industry

Not gonna lie, this past few weeks have been rough! Work has been tough, streams have been scarce, and I've just been more tired than before. BUT, getting to do a few auditions tonight felt relaxing, fun, good! I'm still kickin, I'm still proving myself, hope to get a hit soon!

CHICAGO GAMERS/GAMING INDUSTRY FOLKS! Friday 7/17, Second City Gaming is hosting Press Start, an event spotlighting voice actors in Chicago in order to help connect the city's gaming community. There'll be games, drinks, & I'll be selling signed prints with proceeds going to SCG's mutual aid fund!

Any opportunity to voice in a project is a blessing all its own. NEVER underestimate your role. Even being an extra/additional character can help bring a project to life. Just because you’re not a named character, doesn’t mean you’re not important! Be proud, and do your best!

Had a chance to record an audition last night with the new layout. It was, SO good! No more going back and forth from laptop to the other monitor!

Made a few changes to my studio, I can now have both screens on one side, and it got rid of a lot of noises from the laptop on the other side. Also, the mic is shorter so I don't have to get on my tippy toes (I'm kind of a short, lol) I am so excited to put this into action soon!

Listen it may be hard to believe, but people drew me for fanart before. And ya know what? IT WAS FREAKING, AMAZING!! If you make anything for me, by hand, yourself, you can BET I will cherish it FOREVER! But if you use AI, that's an immediate buzzkill and I will refuse it!

VA mutual: Even though I've had experience being a guest at a local con, am I bit in over my head applying as a guest at other cons? Or is it better to wait till I have more credits under my belt? I know I ain't got as much credit as others, but I think it's decent enough!
