Is Vulpix an excuse for me to draw yet another fox? Maybe! Two foxes in October and we're only on day 3...surely this is the last! (its not) Also the Halloween Collar is one of my favorite costumes in Pokemom Go. Then again, anything looks good in a cute lil fox #365days #art #fox #pokemon #inktober

Now thats a Relic! In fact, my favorite relic. Aside from Rememberences I wanted to fill October with some of my top animals/creatures. I love thylacine! So much that I fiddled with this pose for way too long. But I wanted something dynamic for my fav! #365days #art #thylacine #prehistoric #inktober

How could I resist putting in my plant fox for apple? This is the first of the Rememberences! R2 to be specific. These are hybrid creatures I created in high school. But I wanted to revisit them in October! But yeah, I like foxes. And you know what? I like apples, too #365days #art #fox #inktober

Finally! October! And I didn't get ahead on these at all, in fact I'm later than usual. But hey! Its Inktober! My first time doing Inktober prompts, even if I'm not doing the style. I had a set list, so it was fun fitting them with the prompts. This week went well! #art #animal #fantasy #inktober

As if I could resist a starling! Even in grey, I wanted it to have a little bit of shine. I think I did good! But yes, of course I have the purplest bird on my list. Oddly fitting now that were moving into October. Which reminds me, I have a lot of drawing to do #365days #art #bird #starling #animal

Idk man, I just like this goose. There are a lot of cool geese to choose from for Goose Day but Ive always liked the markings on this one. The head marks! The lil back stripes! And yeah, maybe I also appreciate some easier birds to end off September. I deserve it #365days #art #gooseday #goose #bird

A little guy! The coati has been my randomized computer screensaver for days, it's a sign. A sign that this is such a cool little creature! I just love 'em, them and their cute lil faces and grabby lil hands. I've only seen a few in person, but always a treat! #365days #art #animal #wildlife #coati

Thanatos! Yet another Endless Ocean legendary because I can't resist. I mean, come on. The giant dark great white of a haunted castle? There couldn't be a more obvious choice. And also the attack pose is very convenient for a vertical page. #365days #art #shark #ocean #animal #wildlife

I love a modern dinosaur! Then again I like most birds...but this particular dinosaur is especially fierce! Look at the claws! The crest! The absolute blob of a body! But yeah, I'm gonna make the crest pretty because this is a pretty bird. Pretty terrifying, but pretty #365days #art #cassowary #bird

Nightmare spooky sheep! Based on the Jacob Sheep with some extra little twists. If you count a whole dragon tail as little. This is another one that I'm excited to play around with colors. Maybe red/orange? Maybe red/purple? Maybe red/black? Do you see a theme? #365days #art #sheep #fantasy #animal

I always look for a Sable Antelope in my games. Once again, Zoo Tycoon 2 shaped so many of my favorite animals. But also, I'm just glad to have an easier animal for one of my days! My hands deserve a break sometimes (Too much break, I'm so behind on October) #365days #art #antelope #animal #wildlife

The last week of September is here, full of feathers and...strangely tall. October approaches and I had a whole month with the Inktober prompts to get my sketches done. Which means I totally did them, right? Right?? ... I have like 3 sketches. There's time! A whole week! #art #animal #bird #wildlife

I redrew like..80% of this. It was flat, markings weren't shown well, I didn't like it. But this? This I like! I wanted a curved pose to see those back markings. Being on a grassy bank is the best explanation. And a baby! Because I wanted a leucistic one too #365days #art #gharial #crocodile #animal

Javan Rhino is a classic for me back from Zoo Tycoon 2. I don't know why, I just liked it! And I liked the Planet Zoo one even more! Or at least the mod made for it. And this variant is so cool I had to do it! So yeah. Solid rhino. Now just 100 days to go! #365days #art #worldrhinoday #rhino #animal

As we've established, I love a big weird bug. A small weird bug? Ew get it away. Big bug shaped like a leaf? Pretty, variable, worth a place on my list! And I love making my life harder, so I'm gonna go with a multicolor, fallen-leaf-mid-wither look. It'll be cool! #365days #art #bug #insect #animal

A bongo is a must! Then again, I like red animals. Once again, my color bias is strong. But also! Cool horns, cool markings, fun name. And the start of a very tropical theme for the rest of the week! #365days #art #animal #antelope #wildlife

Do I have any real reason for drawing two red pandas? Nope! I just couldn't decide between the references, so eh, do them both. Plus, it's Red Panda Day! I'm gonna draw red pandas on Red Panda Day. No such thing as too much cute after all. #365days #art #internationalredpandaday #redpanda #animal

Jaz is 10 today! I could've sworn it was tomorrow, but according to her vets it's today. I'll trust the pros! I had to draw her as a puppy, too. Cute now and cute then! This is the dog that's know every dog I've ever had! And she was almost top crazy until we got the puppy #365days #art #dog #animal

Its Manta Day, of course I was going to do Phantom from Endless Ocean. But! It turns out its different in the new game! And...strangely opposite from the original. But kinda dope, especially having both on the page! And maybe I like a pink sparkly ray. #365days #art #worldmantaday #manta #animal

Its week 38! Better late in the day than never, but I promise I am ahead...by like one. Greater than zero! Its a very fun strangely tropical week ahead of us. And frankly? I kinda like it. And then Jaz is also there. Jaz would like a rainforest (she would hate it so much) #art #animal #dog #wildlife

This fish is another that stuck with me from Endless Ocean 2. Its such a fun looking fish! Its one of the few animals thats actually a glow-down as an adult. Like, the adult is cool! But its not this cool. This is almost too cool. Have I said 'cool' enough times? #365days #art #fish #animal #ocean

The trumpetfish is one of those animals I saw once and said "what was that??" and it instantly got on my list. The Seattle Aquarium was my first aquarium as an adult, and I saw this. I was confused. I was fascinated. I had to do a reverse image search (no sign) Fun times! #365days #art #fish #animal

It's... another horse! Did we really think I was out of horses for this year? Sure, sure, we had a unicorn... but what about a bicorn? Dicorn? Duocorn? We'll go with bicorn. With an Infernal twist! Because two is a spooky number, obviously. #365days #art #horse #fantasy #creature

A skink is a must. Look at this tube of a lizard! How could I resist! Blue tongue aside, I love the markings for this one. Once again, the question is if I can actually pull of the colors, but once again that's a problem for Future Me. She has a lot of those... #365days #art #lizard #animal #skink

Funnily enough it was the Fiji Banded Iguana that was originally on my list. But last minute I heard about this one and checked out what all the fuss was about and...yeah its a pretty cool lizard! Still love Banded, but Crested took this spot #365days #art #nationaliguanaawarenessday #iguana #animal

Ah, capybara. The biggest, chillest rat of the swamps. Besides being a birthday request, I had to make it a lil special and give it a little pond! Its a capybara! It deserves it. Seeing capybaras gives me great joy, and turns out so does drawing them! #365days #art #animal #capybara #wildlife

Its a magma snake on fire. Need I say more? Okay fine, I love a good fire themed animal. That's why I threw a few infernal creatures in this month. Why September? Because its too hot. Maybe if we get all the fire out I can have a cool October! Wishful thinking #365days #art #snake #fantasy #creature

Another day, another week, another preview! This week is kinda all over the place. There are fish! There are lizards! There's the chillest animal of all and two kinda demons! But what brings them all together? ...Eh, kinda nothing. Except the fun we had along the way! #art #animal #lizard #wildlife

Another HTTYD dragon! How could I resist one of my favorites? Besides, Morpho was another classic from School of Dragons that I've always wanted to draw. Despite the name, she is not blue because young me didn't care about continuity. Oops. Pretty dragon tho! #365days #art #dragon #fantasy #httyd

Lizard? Dragon? Why not both! And given that I'm following this with an actual dragon, it's strangely fitting. But yes, I love a sailfin dragon, I love a sail in general. I'm in fact weak for a sail, and I can't wait to do the colors for it! One day... #365days #art #lizard #animal #dragon
