took a mental health day, bc my boss' made an unsupportive call when a resident misgendered me and got volatile, which ofc nearly sent me spiraling. he *apparently* had a revelation after i had choice words for him and is now providing an appropriate reprimand...but the damage has already been done

drank the dranks, sang the songs til my throat hurt, had to use my inhaler, and didn't get home til after 2am. bbg is TIRED & unwell

spooky post for the day: woke up in the middle of the night and bubba hopped off the bed and bolted (assumed zoomies) and in my half state of wake a man's voice (i think my gpa's) said "get up" and i heard weird noises. turns out bubba was throwing up in conclusion, listen to your spirit guides
