Today we would like to recognize Ken Sample aka Ken Cougar. A Black man who is credited with creating and coining the term "Fursona". While drawing one of his "Exotics" Ken drew a Cougar character that looked strikingly like himself. Attendees of this conference also wanted their own characters!

York park is the green space directly next to the Waterfront! -It is easily accessible via stairs if you are down by the waterfront. If you are near the street by the convention center, cross the street and walk up the path! Directions are also available on Google Maps. ✌🏾✨
