Our Community Organiser, Ola Sobieraj, recently took part in the Justice Together Festival of Sharing, along with 80 people from across the migrant justice sector. We saw powerful lived experience leadership, new ideas and collaborations emerging through creativity and a real sense of solidarity.
As closer relations with the EU become talked about once again, we urge the government to ensure that the promises made to EU citizens in the UK under the Withdrawal Agreement are properly implemented. Our rights cannot be left in limbo.
Have you received a "grant in error" on your EUSS application? We are currently compiling cases to identify what action needs to be taken to ensure that the rights of EU citizens in the UK which were guaranteed under the Withdrawal Agreement are protected.
Have you been denied boarding through no fault of your own, because your airline, train or ferry didn't follow Home Office guidance to check your eVisa, or refused to check your share code? We are gathering evidence to try and get the government to take action. Report it to us!
We as an organisation are deeply concerned by the Home Office's practice of allowing pre-settled status granted in error to expire without the safeguards and appeal rights required by the Withdrawal Agreement. We are pleased to see the IMA raising this issue. the3million.org.uk/statement-im...

Are you in a family with step-children, and did you and/or your spouse come to the UK after 2017? If so would you be willing to help in a study into the impacts of immigration policies?
The Immigration and Asylum Bill undermines the rights of migrants and risks seeing even more families ripped apart. We stand in solidarity with all migrants. Once again we treated as if we are somehow "second class" by the way we are treated. You can read our statement below👇
Our Acting CEO, Monique Hawkins, spoke at the Dutch Centre about the state of EU citizens’ rights in UK. We highlighted the wide-ranging problems we still see (the3million.org.uk/publication/...), including the lack of available help, and the disproportionate impact on ethnic minority EU citizens.
EU citizens continue to face a fight for our rights. People continue to be excluded from gaining status, and even when they do many continue to be denied rights. We need your support to continue fighting for for EU citizens' rights.
Our Acting CEO, Monique Hawkins, will be one of the panelists at this fantastic event, talking about the issues facing Dutch citizens in the UK on Thursday July 6th. To find out more and register click the link below 👇 www.dutchcentre.com/events/dutch...

It has been a busy day in the heat, but we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped support us. Today's mass lobby saw us meet with MPs and their teams, raising awareness about the issues EU citizens continue to face ten years on after Brexit.
We are at parliament on the 10th anniversary of Brexit to call for EU citizens rights to be protected. Ten years ago we were promised nothing would change, yet so much has. We, and other migrants, have seen our rights eroded. We will meet with MPs to raise awareness of the issues.
