good for Canes fans and all that but I can't remember the last time there was a Cup finals people seemed to care less about. Okay, that's not true, Tampa-Dallas in the COVID year. But it's still right up there in the annals of "Stanley Cup Finals that will one day be forgotten in a Sporcle quiz"

i get the sponsor thing, the craziest part about it? there *was* a Foxboro Stadium right by where the current one is. There *was* an Arlington Stadium. Just use those names again!

...not only that, TSN came damn close to missing a potential goal there.

this - in my teens, I was a weird social outcast loner and the internet was just becoming a thing. Those chat rooms were my escape. A blanket ban risks ostracizing those types of people even further.
