There are still many things happening in my life. There’s so much more I want to do here but there isn’t enough time. I’m trying my best!
I realize the reason why I love The Old Religion is because it the build up sounds like a demo I wrote back in March.
Sometimes I feel like I’m not worthy of getting comms done cause I’m so new and small. Why should I spend all this effort and this other persons time when it might not get either of us anywhere? Am I really good enough?
I have to say, The Old Religion on the new Florence + the Machine album is one of the best songs I’ve heard this year. And I know Aaron Dessner when I hear it. Wonderful tension and intensity, such a beautiful song.
I haven’t forgotten about this account. If you know where I’ve been, I’m working on a huge project to close off an old chapter. And I’ve been thinking about changing how I approach things here. So one more cover tomorrow. Then I go silent and rebrand this account in a few weeks.
Sorry for being less active. I’ve been working on another project on top of being sick. So apologies I’m late responses and lack of activity. So much is going on.
