Some idiot owl-deer... thing. I am a shy and retiring beast. I work in an environmental field, and I can be found somewhere between working, writing, or making art.

Hey, so our workshop got broken into over the weekend. Most of what was stolen was just replaceable stuff, but one very precious mask was taken. Tierney's head has been stolen. If anyone sees this head anywhere, let us know immediately. Hoping against hope that we can bring her home.

A brown-colored gryphon mask modeled after a female northern cardinal, with an orange beak and orange crest. Its eyes are green, slitted like a housecat's.A golden-brown gryphon fullsuit based on a female northern cardinal, with dark stripes and orange beak, crest, and feather accents; in a dynamic pose.

My masters is officially submitted. Everything is out of my hands now. Guess it's time to capitalize on some of my free time to work on art so I don't chew myself to pieces in the interim to my defense.

Really getting tired of finding places that might be good places to hang out only to discover they are AI-friendly. No thanks. You can have rules for your hangouts, but I got rules on my own integrity especially when it comes to art. Want me to show up? No AI. Period.

My masters defense has been scheduled for the end of June. It's both so far away, and screaming up on me faster than I thought possible. Time is doing that wibbly-wobbly thing again... and I am not so sure I like it. Time to go read more papers and scream into the void!

I just paid my last school bill, and registered for graduation. All I can think about? Is the day when I can resume making things has inched tantalizingly close. Soon! Horns and antlers galore!

I cast antlers! An example of the casting I do. This is the set of reindeer antlers I cast for my armored caribou. They went from a coupe of pounds of bone, to a couple ounces of resin. First and second pics have the originals and casts. Last one is the completed casts. Hard to tell they ain't real!

Contemplating the sale of the first head I ever made. $600. IT HAS FLAWS. Comes with an abbreviated set of hands that I never liked. Horns are cast of foam, and fragile. I can cast new horns for $100-150 species dependent at buyers request. More pics in replies.
