Trudeau didn't step down in favour of Carney. He stepped down and the party held an internal election to choose the next leader of the party. Freeland was technically the most likely successor when announced his resignation.

Somebody's scared to engage in conversation about their claims. The things they've labeled as claims rather than facts? Yeah, they actually are facts and aren't even in dispute.

A trademark concern may explain why they acted. It does not prove litigation was the only values-aligned response.
Is there an option to just mark all of them as "Fuck off"? There's 5 racist/anti-immigrant dogwhistles, 4 anti-federal government dogwhistles, and a non-binding referendum question on whether to have a binding referendum on Alberta separation.

Somebody who says lawyers are "scummy humans who have no conscience whatsoever when it comes to twisting reality and gaslighting people into whatever aligns with their self-interests" thinks they're capable of discussing lawyers rationally.
