Being in an upswing from the usual lack of motivation from depression can be it's own problem. Like YES I'm glad I enjoy doing some of my hobbies again, but now I'm overwhelmed with choice. And when I'm overwhelmed I get sleepy. So I nap instead. And then I'm reminded I have depression. Whoops!
