We are Head and Deputy at Lingfield Primary School, Surrey, with a passion for school improvement. We have worked together for over 13 years and care deeply about authentic school culture; doing less better and eating cake!

Tickets are still available for this brilliant @insighthq.bsky.social Databusting event that we're hosting on Friday 26th June. It'll be a great way to end the working week!

Really enjoyed listening to this episode of Mind the Gap with @teacherhead.bsky.social @emmaturner75.bsky.social @mrcraigbarton. We loved it so much we've put it on our Monday Briefing for all of our staff to listen to. So much sense about MWB's and Do Nows. Anna.

The Bread and Butter of our Maths Curriculum A brilliant twilight session tonight led by our KS1 and KS2 maths leaders, Hayley and Karina. Their deep knowledge of our school, our maths curriculum, @whiterosemaths and how children learn underpinned everything they shared with staff.

Baroness Estelle Morris kicked off the Surrey Education Partnership today. A really engaging speaker outlining some of the history of the education system and promoting the importance of school partnerships. “your experiences, if they don’t affect your practice they affect your approach”
