Making Wikipedia into a building has involved a surprising amount of worrying about where to put the doors.
I've put a door to the tropics in the snow room. Seems only fair.

I know I made it but I still don't think a door marked Mouthfeel should exist.
Things get placed along the walls in a fixed order, and each one reserves its stretch. For quite a while every wall map ended up on a table instead, because the doors were placed first and used up all the wall.
Drawing the next room through a doorway took three passes. Mark the doorway pixels in the stencil buffer, reset the depth inside that mark, then draw the room beyond restricted to the mark.
The article about Easter eggs has an Easter egg in it. It's under glass. Press E.
Every room is generated from a random number generator seeded with the article title, so the Cheese room looks the same for everyone. It's very useful when something goes wrong, as I can go back and get the same layout.
The Recursion room has a door marked Recursion. It goes to the Recursion room.
Something people ask about quite a lot: the rooms in the museum actually overlap each other. There's no sensible way to fit every Wikipedia article into one building, so I stopped trying.
