Bees struggle in this weather 🥵 We find a lot of bees running out of fuel when perched on our sunflowers Use a water bottle & fine spray the flowers, fruit, seeds (what ever stage they are at) close to the bee, & they will hoover them up & regain strength

During drought Ancient Woodland is a safe haven for everything that lives Shelter, shade, massively cooler, food, & even after no rain for weeks, the water table is not far from the surface We leave them to it, including the world’s supply of Bank Voles gorging on blackberries
The slight gust of wind you feel in woodland is the brush of a passing angel's wing

I don’t know the name other oaks gave it because they have gone, so I called this 400 year old tree Grace, because it’s beautiful Grace is dying, so I regularly walk the 10 mile trip to spend time with her Not a word is spoken, but much is said
