it does amuse me greatly that my sports fandom life has been baseball > hockey rpf > hockey > m/m sports romance novels > heated rivalry > baseball truly coming full circle here, and yet always coming at things sideways

#lastfourwatched #letterboxdfriday Some of these were great (Bardi), some of these were awful (April X), some of these were in between (Brothers of Faith, Bento on a Hot Summer's Day).
Have successfully tricked the insta algorithm into feeding me arts and crafts, interesting foodways, and gay theater. Did u know there's a production of Rope coming to the city? Because I just found out it opens this weekend
Gonna get through the end of the workday, go pick up my vegetables, and then come home to fall asleep to the baseball game
Oh my god there's a line in one of the songs about him making out with a player from the (Oakland) Raiders

Accidentally went to a whole-ass short film fest tonight, gonna get home at 1am if I'm lucky with the trains, and man it was worth it, I love this city so much
If I had a nickel, etc etc (It really is weird this has happened twice in the division series!)

My WS prediction is White Sox/Brewers, with White Sox taking it in 6
Word on the street is Yankees are shitting the bed 😌
Might be time for a Legend of Fei rewatch
Oh my god, just when you think you've seen it all, what a wild finish to this game
Fernando Tatis Jr is so hot
Last four watched! Really enjoyed Blades of the Guardians and Ha-Chan. Crouching Tiger was a first watch for me, and it's as good as everyone said it was. On the Town was a many-times rewatch - the opening sequence is so fun, and I do love Hildy, but some of it has not aged very well.
Running late to this because weekend transit schedules 😔

The book I'm reading is going to end on a cliffhanger and I'm mad about it.
Can I make it the next four minutes without reaching through the computer to strangle anyone 🙃

Which pairing rewired your brain? For me it was Beleg Strongbow/Túrin Turambar 😭
Someone found my hrpf consentacles fic, presumably via tumblr tags?? They appear to be an HR fan who has worked their way backwards into rpf hell lol
It is so windy and my friend wants to meet up today but I could blow away?????
How can you not be romantic about baseball ;_______;
Casey Drottar@caseydrottar.bsky.social · 2w agoMy goodness, what an incredible moment. After Justin Verlander secured the final out of his career, Tigers manager A.J. Hinch came out of the dugout...to summon Verlander's daughter out to embrace her dad on the mound.
Picked up some goodies at the Magical Girl Festival today
I forgot the whole A plot romance is about how New York is the biggest small town in the world 🤣
