Yesterday, I baked four pies and made a roasted tomato soup. I usually don't like cooking for myself but give it my best when I do it for others!

Slice of coconut caramel cake i made. It's not much but it tasted incredibly rich and was honestly delicious, it's my first ever multi layer cake so I am pretty proud of it!

Prepping a spreadsheet with a list of all my cookware, mixing bowls and ovenware, their dimensions and weight so my neurospicy ass can meal prep by weighing the contents of the food and use a separate table to calculate macros accordingly. I am okay.

There's this neat idea I saw that for christmas this year boycott big corps by only supporting small businesses and I want to participate! So if anybody can rec an artist or any kind of small business that has an online shop, please reply to this! :D

Man, it sucks every dang time.
