Cosmora, an independent publishing company is open for submissions and has a rolling window. I inquired and they said they “pay $30 for each piece >1K words and $10 for each flash piece <1K words. Longer pieces are on a case by case basis which are paid an advance and royalties.” www.cosmorama.site
