Our year has been insanely busy! We finalized our line up, we are playing out live frequently, working on visual media, selling merch. Needless to say we have accomplished a lot! Even though the grind can be hard and burnout is ever present. I am so grateful for this band, and how far it has come!
Come join us as we return to @aquariumfargo on October 11th. We will be playing along side the bands Delta Valley, @celestial.frog and @the.aliem. We can't wait to play for you all again!!! #metal #rock #localbands #fargomusic #alternativerock

Isles of Men 🏳️⚧️@4islesandco.bsky.social · last mo.Here's what I 🫶 about @thelucidiaproject.bsky.social 's 🎶... The subject matter helps process anger, but more than that it gets to the ROOT. Anger is rarely anger. It is unprocessed grief. It is suppressed joy. It is dismissed pain. Anyway, I cried during yesterday's workout thanks to their 🎶.
Come join us for an awesome night of metal from many different genres! We are playing with the amazing bands @cthosisbandofficial @vvakefieldmn and @baltictoboardwalk on Sept 11th at the @aquariumfargo in Fargo ND! We hope to see you there!!! #metal #symphonicmetal #hardcore #doometal #localbands

A lightly edited band photo to promote our upcoming live shows 😀😀😀
Had our last full rehearsal before our first show yesterday and we couldn't be more proud of how far we've come! This thing started as a studio project between Ben and I (Chase) and to find other musicians who are just as passionate about this music both warms my heart and humbles me...
Ok! We are at the part in our journey where we announce that we are ready to start playing out live! We are looking to start gigging in the Fargo Moorhead region. If anybody has any suggestions, or if there are any local bands that would like to play a show together, please hit us up!
We are excited to announce our new member! This is Justin and he will be on bass with us. Nick had to step down back due to a lot of commitments and time constraints, we will be forever grateful for his help. He brings laughter and talent to our group and we can't wait to hit the stage with him.

Planning out our next music video... It involves underwater scenes, lake submersion, a band performance (either in a warehouse or out in the woods... Have not decided yet), and several moody solo band member shots. This is gonna take a lot of planning but I think we'll have a lot of fun!
