Wenn ich lese wie D&D GMs über die exakte physikalische Repräsentation des Stufe 1 Zaubers Katapult(!!!) debattieren, bestätigt es nur meine Entscheidung dieses Spiel zu meiden. So Grundsatzdiskussionen über triviale Dinge zerstören mein Spielspaß und das Rollenspiel.

In a recent Dungeon World game to avoid using a riddle I just used runes / futharks as code. Due to the runes having various meanings (which I told the players via NPC) the interpretation is a bit vague but should start making sense as they progress #pbta #dungeonworld

I've stepped away from the convoluted mess that D&D has become and moved on to discover & enjoy OSR, pbta, MYZ Engine, Breathless and many other games and systems that are more precise on representing their world than focusing on tactical combat or trying to do too much.

Manchmal ist es einfach so. Der SL hat sich vermutlich noch bis um 4 Uhr morgens wie im Wahn Millionen von Seiten an Lore zusammengeschrieben und will das alles irgendwie vermitteln und als Spieler möchte man einfach seine Rolle spielen, weil es gerade so Spaß macht.
Once a year I give Linux a try. This year i went with Linux Mint. Running on a T540 with an Nvidia card. Works fine with Win 10. I am running into issues with the drivers and immediately it's back to cryptic console commands, kernel versions and other shenanigans I don't care about. Adios Linux.
Bin Definitiv auf der "Combat as War" Seite. Gerade das im Artikel erwähnte Warlock! würde sehr langweilig werden wenn man anfangen würde Winkel, Abstände, AoE Radien oder erlaubte Waffen/Zauber zu koordinieren wie man es von den eher taktischen Rollenspielen kennt.

It really grinds my gears if people call an adventure or other content for an RPG "free on XY platform" when it in fact "Pay-What-you-want." PWYW CAN be free, but that's just an option. Personally I usually go for 5$ for small publications like a zine booklet for example.
